Nebulae
There are different types of Nebulae within harvesting distance of your colony. AstroTec Labs will continue to research technologies that will allow you to tap into the resources offered by these different Nebulae. The different types include:
- Stellar Nurseries; these make up the majority of the Nebulae you can gain access to. A Stellar Nursery is a nebula in which multiple stars are being formed.
- Planetary Nebula; A nebula that is an interstellar gas cloud created by the expelled matter of a star reaching then end of its life.
- Proto-nebulae; these are newly-forming interstellar dust clouds.
- Micro-nebula; is a type of interstellar gaseous formation. Nebulae containing M2-9 are known as Nightingale Nebula. This is where you will harvest M2-9 Ionized gas.
